Houston, TX - - Defending SWAC Champion, Texas Southern won a pair of matches against Mississippi Valley State (4633-3352) and Jackson State (4806-3687). TSU improved to 2-0 with the victories. Against Mississippi Valley, 1999 All-SWAC bowler paced the team with an individual total score of 595. Kristy Blevins followed with 507 points and Stephanie Hoover rounded out the top three with a 492 score. In the Jackson State match, Kristy Blevins led the team with a 607 total. Heather Jones and Jazzmine Rogers finished with 603 and 558 points respectively.
