Houston, TX - -Texas Southern University quarterback Adam Lamb was named SWAC Offensive Player of the Week. In TSU's 42-0 romp over Prairie View, Lamb was a one-man wrecking crew, totaling 321 yards of total offense and accounting for four touchdowns. The Forest Brook product completed 14 of 23 passes (60%) for 259 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. He also had nine rushes for 62 yards, scoring three touchdowns. TSU (1-0, 1-0 SWAC) travels to Jackson State (1-0, 0-0 SWAC), 4 p.m., Saturday, September 9 to face off against Jackson State in an interdivisional SWAC match-up.
