TSU Men’s Basketball Signs Local Recruit
Houston, TX - - - Texas Southern men’s basketball announces the signing of point guard Cedric Horace. The 6’3 Gulf Shores Academy product averages 22 points, seven assists, seven rebounds and five steals. Texas Hoops ranked Horace as the 47th best prospect in the state.
