Quinton F. Wiggins, CPA, begins his third year with Texas Southern University and serves as the Senior Vice President for Business and Finance. Wiggins oversees the Finance, Human Resources, Athletics and Architecture & Construction departments. Prior to his appointment in December 2002, Wiggins was the Assistant Vice-President for Business & Financial Services. 

Since coming to TSU, Wiggins has been credited with improving the university's financial reporting and upgrading the university's credit rating. Before coming to Texas Southern, Wiggins worked at St. Thomas University in Houston.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Wiggins graduated from Bishop Kenny High School. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from St. Thomas University.

Wiggins and his wife, Tequesta, are the proud parents of two children, David (4) and Christine (2). He is an avid golfer and a member of Windsor Village United Methodist Church.
