| Objectives |
- To strengthen research capabilities, equipment and facilities in coordination with the instruction, extension, and production services of the college.
- To establish and strengthen linkages and share research resources and technologies between and among concerned agencies.
- To conduct priority researches on thrusts and priorities of the Institute, the services areas, and the Region as a Whole.
- To conduct research for material and international publication.

- Disseminate information relative to government thrusts and programs.
- Conduct skills training in coordination with the various Departments of the Institute.

- Hold literacy classes.
