Opt Out Policy
If at any time a visitor would like to remove themselves from our mailing list,
he or she can do so by requesting this action via email to the webmaster.
In the event a contract is entered into, such as a lease, it may be neccesary to retain the personal information
of customers for several years for legal purposes. This does not apply to non-customers.
Security
Tucson Rental condominiums stores all customer's personally identifiable information
as hard copy only (With the exception of email addresses). Tucson Rental Condominiums conducts
all interviews and lease signings in person. This method of transacting business
tends to circumvent most of the security problems inherent in internet commerce.
Tucson Rentals will do everything in our power to protect your privacy while online.
However, you must take responsibility for
protecting your privacy also. In order to make this possible,
we recommend that you read about and practice general internet security procedures.
Perfect security does not exist on the Internet.
