About Tunare's Benevolence Meeting Places Myths & Legends Other Stuff |
Guild MembershipJoining the GuildAny person who wishes to become a member of Tunare's Benevolence must post a request on our guild forum
Members must keep in mind that their actions reflect upon the other members of the guild as well as the general image of Tunare's Benevolence. Tunare's Benevolence is not a guild to be taken lightly. If you are looking for a temporary stop, do not request invitation. Tunare's Benevolence is not a guild of convenience, members are asked to commit themselves to the guild. Membership RequirementsWe have no level restrictions on guild membership, but we ask that you check /who all tunare in game and make note of what levels are online at the times you tend to play. From this you will be able to get a feel for if you will be able to easily find groups within the guild. We are dedicated to a slow steady growth in membership, so we restrict the number of invites per week. As part of the large community of guilds we wish to respect other guilds in our recruiting policies. For this reason we ask that unless your previous guild leader or officers are willing to talk to us about making an exception, you be untagged for a week before applying here. Also, if you are being considered for membership in another guild please let them know before joining us. All members MUST agree to our charter and code of conduct. New members will wait a minimum of two weeks before any of their alts will be invited into Tunare's Benevolence. Members will abide by the requests and decisions of guild officers without exception. Removal from/Leaving Tunare's BenevolenceLeaving the guild is a serious decision. Keep in mind that someone who leaves the guild of his or her own accord would be less likely to be re-invited. If you wish to leave Tunare's Benevolence, please inform an officer that you wish to do so and please tell the officer why you wish to leave. This gives the officers a chance to try to address guild issues. We would hope, though, that you would give the officers a chance to help fix the problem before leaving the guild. If It is deemed that a member is acting inappropriately and or violating portions of the charter/code of conduct, an officer will contact that person and discuss the issue, giving the person a full chance to defend him/herself. The officer will then consult with the other officers to come to a final decision concerning the member in question. After three such incidents guild removal is likely. Any attempt to bring these discusions into guild chat will result in instant and automatic removal. Appeal is unlikely. |
