NORTH WALK ( Near the Cathedral ) YEAR AUG 2003	A wall mounted bracket which is mounted at 5M with a ELECO top entry open type lantern with a glass refractor . On the control box there is a NEMA socket photocell. There is a photo of this lantern when it is dark and the bulb is on . There are alot of these ELECO top entry open type lanterns in PADBURY, BUCKS. There is a MERCURY discharge bulb in this lantern . I think it is a MBTF mercury tungsten lamp . There is only one of these lanterns along this road and there is one top entry open type THORN BETA 4 with a glass refractor ( MERCURY discharge bulb ) and some top entry GEC Z5591 lanterns ( MERCURY discharge bulbs , NEMA socket photocells) .
CHORISTERS GREEN ( Near the Cathedral ) YEAR AUG 2003	A 5M cast iron post with a top entry GEC Z5591 lantern ( MERCURY discharge bulb , NEMA socket photocell) . Above this lantern is a Hand switch which you used to turn on this light. They dont use this any more . There is a photo of this lantern when it is dark and the bulb is on . There are some more of these posts and lanterns along the varous roads which is near to the Cathedral . Along these roads are all so post top varous types of HERITAGE lanterns ( MERCURY discharge bulbs , NEMA socket photocells ) .
BOURNE HILL YEAR AUG 2003	A 5M STANTON AND STANLEY concrete post with a GEC Z9480 ( 35W SOX , less gear , RTE P42 2 part photocell ) . There is still alot of these in some parts of the city. Some were replaced with THORN BETA 5 lanterns ( old type side entry , new type side entry , top entry , 35W SOX , integral gear , NEMA socket photocells ) .
BLUE BOAR ROW YEAR AUG 2003	10M metal posts with 2 URBIS CABRIO lanterns ( SONT bulbs , integral gear , miniature 1 part photocells ) . The lantern which is mounted at 5M is a URBIS CABRIO 500 lantern and the one which is mounted at 10M is a URBIS CABRIO 600 lantern . The two brackets on these posts are called the ELCOT.
ENDLESS STREET YEAR AUG 2003	A photo of a unknown lantern ( 35W SOX ) that is along this road and it is mounted at 5M on the wall . There is one of these along CHIPPER LANE as well. ENDLESS STREET is where the bus station is.
WYNDHAM ROAD YEAR AUG 2003	5M STANTON AND STANLEY concrete posts with metal brackets with side entry PHILIPS MI50 lanterns ( 35W SOX , integral gear , NEMA socket photocells ) .
