1. Your site must have no porn or hateness that bashes others.
2. Your site must be on TV. It can be a listing, fansite, on fanfiction, or on an actor/ actress from a tv show as long as it is on TV.
3. You can nominate your site in a maximum of 3 categories.
4. Your site must be within standards for each category. Ex. If you nominate yourself for the 'Most Informative Site' you'll want to make sure your site is informative. I think you get the picture.
5. A code is optional to put up, but I happen to think they're very nice. :)
6. For the 'new site' category, that includes any site that hasn't been up for more than a year.
7. If your site wins a category, it may not be entered in that category the next round, but may be entered the round after.
