1 Pizza Crust (premade or scratch) 1/2 C. Tomato sauce (pizza or spaghetti) 1 lb. Low-fat, low moisture Mozzarella (Soy alternative) 4 Large White Mushrooms, sliced 1/4 Bell Pepper (red, green, yellow), diced 1 4 oz. can sliced olives 1/2 Large Roma Tomato, sliced 1/4 C. Drained, chopped pineapple 1/4 C. Sweet Onion (walla walla, etc.), diced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F). Place crust on pizza sheet. Spread sauce on crust, sprinkle 2/3 of cheese on crust. Arrange toppings as you like then sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Let cool for 2-3 minutes, slice and serve. Enjoy! |
