1. Open the toon in PSP -file open......

2. This toon is VERY small and its hard to see the area to color so go to the top under View....Zoom in by 5....this will blow the image up so you can see the pixels better.

3. Take the magic wand tool The first thing you need to select is the dark blue areas, once you have one small section highlighted hold the shift key and click the other dark blue areas....

4. Go to your color pallete and find a color you want to use, I used dark pink and light pink. The dark pink color I used was #FF40FF but this can vary as long as its a darker version of the color u want.

5. Now we need to take the magic wand again and highlight all the light blue areas. Go to the color pallete and get a light pink color, I used #EAA5EB...again this can vary as long as its a lighter color of the darker one.

!!!REMEMBER!!! You can do ANYTHING u want with the toon avs but you will ALWAYS need to apply the transparent background to it again.....once you do anything to the av it will lose its transparency until it is applied again.
