This is Revell's kit # 2943. It is a 1971 Hemi Barricuda. NOTES: This kit comes molded in White, and Clear. There is also a set of Chrome plated parts. This is rated at builder level 2, so there aren't many "extras". Go to the hobby shop and pick up some photo etched parts and engine wire to really make this model shine. BUILDING TIP: None PAINTS REQUIRED: These are the colors needed to paint the model to match the box photos. Flat Black, Silver, Amber, Red, Gloss Black, White, Green, Orange, and Metallic(?). I took Metallic to be any silvery color. I'm using Flat Aluminum on mine. You will also need a color to paint the body. The box photo shows it in purple, I chose to paint mine with Testors Panther Pink in the rattle-can. PICTURES: |
