About Us

Fidelity Associates (FA) is an independent Oil & Gas company that trades Oil on a worldwide basis. We also  optimize opportunity by developing Oil & natural Gas reserves using cutting edge drilling and production techniques.

Production operations are focused on existing onshore Oil prospects in Texas, Louisiana, and Kentucky.

The constantly shifting supply and demand for refined petroleum products has historically created volatile profit margins in the refining industry. Because of the volatility, FA constantly strives to negotiate winning contracts, contain operating costs and increase output of Oil & Gas products, while maintaining its strong commitment to investors.

MISSION

The mission of FA is to maximize the long-term return of its investors through the development of low-risk (Safe) drilling prospects. The company seeks returns from both Oil & Gas reserves. Although no concentrated effort is addressed to this issue. FA is currently taking advantage of favorable product prices and aggressively pursuing business opportunities.

The company is committed to establishing profitable relationships with each and every investor by delivering the strongest projects in the industry. It is also unlike many of their competitors, committed to production and having success, not just raising money.

OUR STRENGTHS

The strength and resolve of FA come from:

An inventory of quality internally generated Oil &

Access to cutting edge technology and equipment

A sophisticated network of buyers, sellers, mandates, refineries, and operators.

15 years of production experience

These components form a business core that has enabled us to successfully persevere and succeed. We are among the leaders in the use of fractal technology among independent Oil & Gas companies. We also believe we have competitive advantage because of our inventory of prospects where large accumulations of Oil and Gas have been found.

BUSINESS FOCUS

Oil and gas development involves a high degree of technical and commercial risk and is characterized by continuous need for fresh capital. At present the company is increasing  revenues by growing its investor base.  This activity is  part of the current plan  to participate in low-risk development projects, i.e. focus on re-entry and offset drilling at already producing wells. Another stratagem is increased production yield while lowering completion costs with new fracturing technology. The overall goal of this approach is to reduce cost exposure while enhancing the probability of drilling success.

The company also restricts its focus to regional oil and gas prospects (Texas, Kentucky, Oklahoma) where operations are limited to first class manpower and technical resources are already deployed.

Lucrative oil and gas prospects combined with efficient new fracturing technology and a solid base of quality investors bring together key elements that provide a foundation for Fidelity Associates to become a bigger, stronger and more profitable company.

HISTORY

Founded in 1997 as Petromerica Resources LLC, the company reached several goals. One was to be joint operator in every project. This would ensure that all the investors would rest easy knowing that the appropriate work would get done.

In 1998 Petromerica Resources bought oil industry consultant Nicholas W. Mitsakos in to assist in business growth. Mr. Mitsakos is 39 years of age, was born in Binghamton, NY.  Having had over 15 years of corporate planning and strategic negotiations experience, he was asked to come to Dallas, Texas and help lead Petromerica Resources, LLC.

Under his direction as Executive VP and later CEO the company was reorganized and renamed Fidelity Associates.  Mr. Mitsakos has aligned the company’s immediate and future  goals into one for continued investor growth.

Nick Mitsakos’ background as a corporate planner coupled with the experience of his operations staff, qualifies them as a team that is able, experienced and dedicated to the development of  oil and gas revenues for its investors.

Guy Burnette, (President), Arthur Rose (VP Operations), Jerry Strickland (VP Field Operations), Chris Venning III (VP Sales), Bob Reilly (Petroleum Engineer) and Lawrence Spearman (Chief Information Officer) complete the corporate team with over 75 years combined of in their respective fields. Along with contracted experts in the industry (i.e. geologist, accountant, etc.) this staff makes up a competent, dynamic organization you can count to get the job done.

The constantly shifting supply and demand for raw materials as well as refined products has historically created volatile profit margins in the refining industry. Because of volatile margins Fidelity Associates, LLC constantly strives to contain operating costs and increase output of oil and gas products, while maintaining its strong commitment to investors.
