A Celebration of Storybook Proportions |

Oh what a night. So many things happened, the bride and groom are at a loss. Truth to tell, we were so close to the events, we don't remember anything. Well, okay. We remember a few snippets here, a few there. But not much. When asked, "How was your wedding?" We both have to honestly answer, "I don't remember." or "We're waiting for the video." It seems a silly answer. After all, we were the guests of honor. But in truth, that is exactly why we don't remember much. We were playing the dutiful hosts, and the bride and groom at the same time. It kept us from remembering much of anything. The good thing is that we were able to place disposable cameras on all the tables. This was a heaven sent gift. The guests took pictures of everything. Most even remember the cameras had flashes. The pictures our guests took of the tables they sat at, and the events that happened during the reception are priceless. It is amazing to us, all the fun and merriment that was going on. In the pictures we developed we can see all our guests enjoying themselves. Looking in the backgrounds of the shots as well as the foregrounds, give us a much more complete picture of the events of the day. To add more feeling to the reception, we named the tables. This had the added enjoyment of guests wanting to see what the other tables were named, creating table personalities and an added bonus of helping to keep the developed pictures grouped by table. As the reception pictures are scanned, more and more will be posted. Do not worry. We are posting them as quickly as time allows. As the formal pictures become available, those will be scanned as well and posted. Okay, let's begin the photo album. |
