Developed operational and procedural manual for Foreign Exchange. Managed the accounting and processing of Financial Futures, Foreign Exchange Currency and Interest Rate Options, and the Money Market Portfolio. Supervised daily processing of Foreign Exchange and Money Market Operations with a combined staff of six. Directly responsible for successful completion of Interest Rate Swap system conversion and installation and upgrade of Futures Processing PC system.

Operations Analyst

Monitored all phases of operations processing, established accounting procedures, provided processing support to Specialized Deals Unit, reconciled month-end profit and loss calculations for Money Market Operations.

Supervisor - Reporting and Control

Supervised daily departmental operations which included: monitoring of daily Foreign Exchange Profit & loss, Money Market term exposure calculation, reconciliation of all departmental suspense accounts, reconciliation of internal and external funding between Money Market Operations and other units, subsidiary ledger to general ledger reconciliation, month-end federal reports preparation, processing of manual entries relating to Money Market accruals, accounting for specialized deals. Directly involved in two major systems conversions in which accounting for Foreign Exchange and Money Market transactions were changed from semi-automated to fully-automated with direct subsidiary posting to general ledger.
