Rules and costs for requesting a GUILD layout
1. If you are requesting a layout be sure to be very specific!(otherwise it might not turn out the way you want it)
2. All layouts are free as it is against neopets rules to charge! however this does not mean we will wait on you hand and foot! we do have lives outside of here we usually don't have that kind of time! so please keep it simple
