S.A.C. Elisheva A. Toews Letter of Introduction
Assistant
Director Walter S. Skinner Dear Assistant Director Walter S. Skinner, I feel a little strange writing a letter of introduction to you after all of these years, but being the stickler for protocol that I know you are, I will follow the rules. I completed my Masters of Science at Stanford University School of Medicine in the field of Microbiology in 1987. I continued at the school as an assistant to Professor Myron Brady in the microbiology lab dedicated to DNA research and gained the two years of experience necessary to join the Federal Bureau of Investigations, which was my primary objective from the beginning. I entered the FBI under the entry program of "Diversified". Upon completing my training after 16 weeks at Quantico, where I finished 5th in my class, I was assigned to the Washing D.C. Criminal Investigation Division. S.A. Walter S. Skinner, (gee, I guess that would be you!) was my senior partner during my two year probationary period with the Bureau and an additional year after probation.. After working for the Bureau for a total of three years, I requested and was granted a transfer to the San Diego Field Office. When notified of the opening of a new division of the Bureau, now known as the Y-Files, I have requested a transfer back to D.C. Please consider my application with an open mind and know that I am as dedicated as ever to the cause of right and truth. Sincerely, Elisheva Anne Toews * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Resume of Elisheva Anne Toews
