As you probably already know, the fingerprints you sent in for these 
two individuals are the same.  What you may not know is the prints match a 
woman by the name of Suzanne Anita Mcgee, aka Sam Mcgee.  We have put 
together as much information as we were able to find on Mcgee (see attached 
file)--hope it helps.

You guys always attract the weird ones.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES:  None 

DATE OF BIRTH: Unknown, but probably in the early 1960's.

 

PLACE OF BIRTH: Unknown

EDUCATION:  Unknown, probably college-educated

PAST CRIMINAL

ACTIVITIES:  

   * Suspected involvement in bombing of Swedish embassy, London, 1995

   * Suspect in assassination of Japanese attaché, New York, 1996

   *  Suspect in break-in at classified government research facility,   1996
      (no other information available)

   * Suspect in at least four murders of prominent businessmen between 
            1996 and 1997

According to a confidential government source, Mcgee worked as an operative
for the Central Intelligence Agency between 1985 and 1994.  This has been
confirmed by Interpol (who provided the fingerprints).  Our requests for
Mcgee's CIA file have been denied.

There is no information available for the period between late 1997 and January 
 of 2000.

Mcgee resurfaced in February 2000, in Boulder, Colorado and has apparently
been active ever since.

 

Mcgee does not have any fixed modis operandi. She varies her MO considerably
from one crime to the next and is very good at improvisation.  Mcgee is
skilled in the use of firearms and explosives;  she is also well-trained in 
surveillance, espionage, and escape  techniques.

She is not motivated by politics, religion or any other cause--she is
motivated primarily by money and by the challenge (she is likely an
adrenaline junkie).  She was most likely working free-lance between 
1994 and 1997, selling her services to the highest bidder.  But it appears that 
she may now be working for Morley Ciggs' organization.

Mcgee does, however, show a tendency towards impulsiveness.  This led to her
arrest in Wichita and Seattle, but she was able to escape both times.  She
is very resourceful and will exploit any opportunity, however small.  

She should be considered extremely dangerous.
