Not so long ago I had the opportunity to talk to one of your best agents,  
ASAC Kiwiphile.  She invited me to become part of a special section you are 
in charge of: The Y Files.

 

I had known ASAC Kiwiphile for about 6 years and she has had chance to 
observe my work.  As you can read on my resume, I have been working with 
the FBI since 1997. Commendations from my superiors will be no problem for 
you,  yet I think ASAC's Kiwiphile will be the most important. 

I believe my experience in the Bureau will be of grat help in solving such cases. 
This experience includes working cover up, hostage negotiation, anti-terrorist 
squads and most recently I've started to work on profiling, among others.  Also 
very important, I must mention I'm fond of the nature of cases you work on. 
This are the reasons I think I could be useful to the Bureau there and why I've 
asked my superior here in New York, Agent Anthony Hubbard, to transfer me 
to your section. Attached, you will find ASAC's Kiwiphile commendation.
