The Y-Files

S.A. Chase Laine Williams
(a.k.a Chase)

February 12, 2000

Dear SAC Skinner,

Hello! I am reporting to you from my new location in the D.C area in high hopes of applying with the new investigative unit known as the “Y-Files”. My full name is Chase Laine Williams. Rather unusual, I know! I have transferred to D.C from Philadelphia, where I gained experience at the local field office in Criminal Sociology. However, after 6 months, I had to get out of there. The criminal record , and the things I saw, were horrifying sir, even for an experienced agent like yourself.

Prior to Philadelphia, I worked overseas for a year in foreign counter-intelligence, associated with Interpol. Due to my overseas experience, I have extensive knowledge in Spanish language, as well as some French. My education starts at Mt. Lebanon Senior High School, where I skipped a grade, and went on to Major in Sociology and BA in Language and Criminology at North Carolina State. But all this education stuff is only a prerequisite.

Now, to the important reasons why I should be hired. I may be young , but I am charismatic, dynamic, and never quit or back down. Never. I attribute this to my wonderful high school swim coach, who taught me to train hard, know I was awesome, and have fun. Sir, I may be outspoken sometimes, but I’ll give 110% to this position!

Cordially,

Agent Chase

Assistant Director Skinner,

Hello again! I decided I wasn't done telling you about my personal qualities. Well, now you know that I often have my mind in a million places! I may be a tad scatter-brained, but in a good way! When I get to work I focus and put effort into what I do. I have a slight tendency to procrastinate, but I get it in on time. If you would like a referral, SAC Conforti of Philadelphia's local field office can recommend me. I also have and energetic, adventuresome spirit, most likely common in new agents like myself. Interests? I have an ABUNDANCE of them! I love the arts, traveling, and have a fascination with culture and language. These all lend to my tendency to be overdramatic sometimes! Just know I am a good agent. Alright, I'll leave you alone now. Really.

Agent Chase
