SUBLIMINAL DEFENCE     "You have now become so profoundly relaxed, so deeply asleep, that your mind has become so receptive to what I say.   Therefore everything I place into your mind, for your own benefit and good, must penetrate so deeply into the unconscious part of your mind and effect so deep and lasting impression there that it remains deep-rooted, firmly embedded, entrenched and established there for all time.   Such things as I place into the unconscious part of your mind, then, must cause a greater and greater influence over the way you think, the way you feel and the way you behave.
 
And as these things remain firmly embedded in the unconscious part of your mind after you have attained normal consciousness and when you are no longer listening to my voice, they ever continue to exert the same powerful influence over your thoughts, feelings and actions - just as deeply, just as strongly when you are at home or out of doors, at work or during leisure and even when you are asleep, as when you are listening to my voice in this room.
 
Everything that I tell you that is happening to you, for your own well being, continues to happen to you exactly as I tell you.   And everything I tell you you are experiencing you continue to experience precisely as I tell you.
 
And these same things always affect you every day.   And you always continue to experience these same feelings every day, just as deeply, just as strongly when you are at home or out of doors, at work or during leisure and even when you are asleep as when you are listening to my voice in this room.
 
And as you become and as you remain more relaxed, more tranquil and more at peace each day, so you develop more confidence in yourself and your abilities to do whatever you wish to be able to do - with the complete absence of the fear of failure and always banishing every degree of anxiety.
 
Positivity
 
Because of this every day you feel more confident, more independent, more positive, assertive and in full control of your life and destiny, irrespective of how negative people or situations may be.   Every day you feel a greater feeling of personal positivity and inner stature as the strength of your mind develops and increases.   Consequently you acquire a greater feeling of mental power, dynamism and inbuilt mental protection - more than you have felt for a long time.
 
Mind
 
And as you acquire and as you retain a greater feeling of mental power, dynamism and mental protection, so your mind becomes and remains completely protected, entirely shielded, fortified and secure.
 
And as your mind becomes and remains protected, shielded, fortified and secure in every way, so your mind becomes and remains free and in your control as a sovereign individual.   Your mind, therefore, becomes and remains strong and vibrant, ruled by you alone and glowing with spiritual strength.   Consequently your mind possesses the power to repel all unwanted thoughts, all the malevolent wishes and evil thoughts of others.   Your mind possesses the power to deflect all forces of ill intent projected toward you by other people.
 
Yes, your mind us strong and powerful.   Your mind is so potent that it is free of all unwanted influences.   Your mind is so mighty that it is unassailable by the thoughts of others.   Your mind is so powerful and forceful that it remains free of all alien influences.   Your mind is so dynamic and vibrant that it is a tower of supreme strength, completely secure and fortified against all evil forces and forms that may be projected to it by anyone.
 
Body
 
And as you acquire and as you retain a greater feeling of personal health, fitness, protection and power and as your mind is at all times protected, shielded, fortified and secure, so your body, the functions of which are governed by your unconscious mind, also becomes completely protected, perfectly guarded and entirely shielded.
 
Consequently your body is protected, shielded and fortified against the malevolent attacks of all others’ minds and all invisible forces.   Your bodily systems which are governed by your powerful, forceful mind have the backing and power, therefore, to repel all negative vibrations and forces projected to them by other people.   Your immune system has the unique ability, strength and power to repel and reject the attacks of all malevolent forces and vibrations projected toward you.
 
And as your body becomes and remains protected, shielded, fortified and secure in every way, so your body becomes and remains in full health, cleansed and strong, glowing with radiant health and slim, agile and energetic.   In this way your body becomes and remains constantly powerful in repulsing any negativity projected to it by any other person.   Your body, therefore, becomes and remains in your control, a potent storehouse of energy that remains free of all unwanted influences that are alien to you.
 
Aura
 
Your aura is a projection of all levels of your mind and of your physical body.   Therefore, as your mind and body become and remain completely protected, perfectly guarded, entirely shielded and in your own control with full health, vigour and fitness, so your aura becomes and remains purified, clean and sparkling, strong, bright and vibrant each and every day.
 
Consequently your aura becomes and remains a powerful shield, a magical fortress, strong armour of omnipotent cosmic force and a magnificent sphere of absolute protection.   Your aura possesses the unique ability and radiating power to repel all the malevolent wishes, thoughts and vibrations of others and all forces of ill intent projected toward you.
 
In this way, then, your aura becomes a powerful sanctuary and fortress which is constantly impregnable and unassailable by any forces or forms whatever their origin.
 
Your own aura, therefore, is a shield of light made up of millions of rays - each ray a powerful, dynamic sword of light which always destroys all incoming forces and forms of ill intent.
 
Whole Self
 
And so your mind, body and aura form a great united battle-front which constantly maintains your protection, safety and well being, giving you the supreme security you desire and you deserve.
 
And as your entire being becomes and remains perfectly shielded and guarded in every way, you know beyond all doubt that you are in the care of the powerful forces of cosmic goodness and that the benevolent forces of cosmos are constantly with you to protect and shield you from all malevolent forces - whatever their form or origin.
 
Consequently you are strong, safe and secure forever; you are totally and permanently protected.   Your whole being is completely unassailable and appears as a blinding body of light from which all malevolent forces and forms flee in absolute terror.   Anything of evil intent perishes when in close proximity to your person as you constantly radiate positive power and superlative goodness.   This is your ultimate strength and security.
 
And as you become and as you remain strong, safe and secure forever and totally and permanently protected, so you become and you remain richly blessed with eternal good fortune, eternal good health and eternal happiness.   From this moment on, you are a powerful magnet for good health, prosperity and happiness.
 
Everything you do has a fortunate outcome.   From this day on, perfect health is yours - perfect happiness is yours - perfect protection and strength of mind is yours - forevermore."
