Frequently Asked Questions

1) What's your real name?
                  You really think I'd put that here?

2) What do you look like?
                  There is a recent picture on the main page of this site. The complete picture can be found off my pictures page. There are some old sucky pictures there, too, and as soon as I have some new ones scanned in, I'll let you know.

3) What's your sexual orientation?
                   I generally refer to myself as "primarily a lesbian", because for the most part, I'm attracted to women. There is a limited number of men that I have ever been attracted to, the number currently totals to something between 4 and 10. It took me a number of years to finally sort out and deal with the difference between wanting to be attracted to someone, and actually being attracted to them. My parents and family all know my sexual orientation, or lack there of, and recently confided in me that they think that in the end, I'll marry a martian. Of the entirety of the list, three of the members are ex-boyfriends or lovers, and the rest are never-beens. Of the entirety of the list, one is in NY, one is in CH, one is in TX, and the remainder are in OH.

4) What's your religion?
                   Religion, or spiritual practice? I'm a Universal Life Church Minister (this was done to protect myself from persecution, but I do take the vows seriously.), but my personal beliefs are a combination of beliefs from a number of religions, including Eastern Orthodox, Tibetan Buddhism, the Qabbala (the spelling of this word is never the same. If you have info on it, e-mail me), Judaism, classical witchcraft. What do I practice spiritually? I'm an herbalist and holistic healer by birth, and trade. I do practice my own brand of magic, but it would probably confuse and disturb you. I meditate daily, using dance, tai chi, yoga, pilates, and standard Tibetan Buddhist meditation. I don't teach. I'm really just a beginner myself. (And I say this after 5 years of practicing on my own....)

5) How do you spend your free time?
                   Free time? What the hell is that? No, really. I spend most evenings either at a coffeeshop called Common Grounds, at the Chamber, or at Manja. On some occasions, I will be found in none of those places. If I'm at Commons, I'm studying, reading, writing, and perhaps talking.

6) What do you do all day?
                   I work, go to classes, and study.
