WITGOB presents the Black Tees
Aeryn lights a cigarette with a ...
shaking hand, takes a drag, exhales, and says "I will never say you're
deficient again - humans *are* superior!"
the black tee arced slowly
through the air and landed gently on an upturned boot....
..........white calvins fluttered noiselessly to the floor.......
...........a bronzed
......sheet slid off the bed
noticing it's absence immediately.....she panicked .....looked under the bed
..... pulled back the coverings....it wasn't there. Anxious.....
Chiana...mentioned washing .....
....quickly to the chamber .....
no-one there ... she saw it peeking out from under a jumble of crushed
clothing...picked it up and hid it before anybody could see.
Back in her room she took it out and buried her face in the black fabric -
reassured... reliving.... remembering..... carefully putting it back where
it belonged ...... under her pillow...close to her face.
Later - in command - he walked past and she was careful to turn her head
slightly - and - despite her efforts - still caught his scent
- and noticed the small teeth holes in the left sleeve........she held her
breath.......
his door and immediately noticed his hands........
he was holding HER tee shirt!
...AND he was wiping his BOOTS with it!
What are you doing?
Cleaning my boots - they were dusty...
Uh.... I thought you were going to the commerce planet..
He threw aside the black fabric.
On my way.
Isnıt that a piece of your clothing?
Yes - but it had some holes in it - so Iım using it as a rag. Ready?
I ... uh.. I just have to get something from my quarters.......
She went quickly to her room, pulling aside the pillow, relieved when she
found it still there. She put it to her face - reassured - quickly stuffing
it back as she heard a soft footfall.
Aeryn?
Iım ready now.
She walked out ahead of him...
....every day there was another reason to smile ..another reason to hope.
He admired the view and reminded himself to be patient.
She yanked the black tee off him
wadded it up and stuffed it behind his head.
I wouldn't want you to bang your head again.
He pulled the black tee slowly over his
head.......
.......bent down and used it to wipe the pickle off her feet.
