Training Times

Fridays 5 - 6pm in Hall C - UCD Sports Centre
Saturdays 1 - 3pm in Hall C - UCD Sports Centre

A typical training session:

Warm-up: Jogging and stretching exercises with sports-specific calisthenics such as push-ups and sit-ups.
Instructional Drills: The coach introduces and teaches the new skills or techniques for the day.
Technique Drilling: Wrestlers are paired by weight and experience and new techniques are drilled continuously. Much repetition is necessary here.
Live Wrestling: Wrestlers are again paired with a partner of similar weight and ability and wrestle live.
