Abbreviations and acronyms are listed, and related terms are cross-referenced. However, cross-references are not hyperlinked, which can get a little annoying when users want to view more information quickly.

Legal Dictionary - Nolo
This legal dictionary from Nolo contains thousands of terms with their plain-English definitions and is updated every month. Users can jump to a specific letter, or use the search option on the first page. Important key words in the definitions are also hyperlinked so that users can easily access their meanings. If a definition is not enough, try using Nolo's legal encylopedia which can be found on the same page.
Business Law Lounge
The 'Lectric Law Library has compiled information for small and large businesses in their "business law lounge." While this site is geared more toward business owners and operators, business law students may find some of the information containted on this site useful throughout the semester. This site touches upon many of the key subjects that are discussed in the business law classes at UConn, and could be used as a helpful supplement.
