What
is Frankenstein?
Frankenstein is a new Malaysian progressive band formed on the Internet.
We're not in action yet, because we're all a bit scattered around Malaysia
, but soon most of us will probably be living in Kota Bharu, and we
can start practicing.
Why
Frankenstein?
Frankenstein is a global word and that name is suitable for many kind
of music.
What
is Experimental Progressive Art/Rock/Metal/Surf?
A definition of Progressive Rock Music:
Progressive rock ("prog") is an ambitious, eclectic, and often
grandiose style of rock music which arose in the late 1960s principally
in England, reaching the peak of its popularity in the early 1970s,
but continuing as a musical form to this day. Progressive rock was largely
a European movement, and drew most of its influences from classical
music and jazz fusion, in contrast to American rock, which was influenced
by rhythm & blues and country, although there are notable exceptions
in the New World such as Kansas and Rush — considered by many to
be the finest examples of the form. Over the years various sub-genres
of progressive rock have emerged, such as symphonic rock, art rock and
progressive metal.

Why
Experimental Progressive Art/Rock/Metal/Surf?
It is a skilful music style. We like skills.
What
about Surf?
Surf is the most popular style in 60's era. It is a cool music and it
sound good to play.
Why
all of your albums are not for international market?
We're not ready yet to do that, but we will export it's soon.
Did
I have come to Malaysia to get the album?
Yes. If you want it, come get it.
Why
the entire albums are not available in cassette?
Cassette is too hard to copy from our PC.
Why
some of Frankenstein songs that I listened are not like a real human's
play the music?
We actually compose and record all of our songs by using Mod Plug Tracker
1.6 (the music tracker) and FL Studio 5 because it's easy to record
and to get a better sound quality for our songs.
Where
did you record your entire vocals track?
Actually we did build our own home studio. All recording, effecting
and mixing process we did with MAGIX audio studio 2005 deluxe.
Why
I've never heard the band name?
We're not in action yet (we've never join any gigs or shows before).
