A TFP AGREEMENT IS NOT A FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT
BUT A CREATIVE ONE

The Photographer provides photography services for the Model
at no cost to the Model
AND
The Model provides modeling services for the Photographer
at no cost to the Photographer.

Modeling:

ULTIMATE IMAGING PHOTOGRAPHY/UIPHOTO is continually seeking professional and amateur subjects to work with for Fine Art Exhibitions or to assist in developing Model portfolios. Individuals need not be active models and can be either male, female or couples. Review and selection of models for exhibition or portfolio is strictly up to the discretion of The Photographer. Due to the nature and style of my Fine Art photography, Models are generally not identifiable in the Fine Art photographs.

Models shall receive consideration in either Print (TFP) or Digital Medium (TFCD) for their posing time, cooperation and inspiration. Consideration typically consists of selected photographs from the photography session for the model's portfolio, web site or other collateral "promotional" material.  TFP/TFCD is considered and negotiated if the quality of the model and value of shoot is warranted.

Models can request that a web site URL listing to their personal web site be added to our Model Portfolio or Banners & Links page. A reciprocal link is expected as a professional courtesy.

Each model is an independent contractor and, as such, is not employed by the photographer, agency, publication or gallery. Each model is solely responsible for all insurance and licenses which may be required. Payment terms described here are subject to availability and may change without notice. Each model must sign a Standard Model Release containing a liability waiver, property release and terms of service as an independent contractor. UIPHOTO will maintain the © Copyright for all photos taken.
