Council of Song

The leadership of the Fianna is based on anicent traditions. Our leaders are called Righ (Warleader/King) and each Righ has a Council of Song to advise them. With the approval of the Council, a Righ may choose his successor, Taniaste (Heir.) If the Righ falls the Taniaste leads in his place to save the chaos of a Sept without leadership. 

Make no mistake. A Righ has to go through many hardships of testing before he can be Righ. He must be perfect in mind, heart, and body, the best among us. The Taniaste tested more ferociously by the Council.

In all this, there is a high king that rules the tribe known as the Ar-Righ. In anicent times he was tested by the Druids. Some who were tested never came back or died in their set tasks. A few became the revered leader of the tribe but over the years this position has fallen out of favour...and the tribe has dissolved into bickering factions as our passions do rule us.
