Every spring semester, the club gets to honor our members and celebrate our accomplishments at the annual Spring Banquet. The actives prepare the meal of traditional smoked beef, pork, and lamb. Baked potatoes, salad, and dessert are served as well. Our Block and Bridle chapter gives awards for an outstanding member in each class, along with the Merit trophy and the Workhorse award. We also tend to give our advisors a hard time about some of the funny things they have done over the year...all in good fun, of course. However, our two wonderful advisors get even with us when they give gifts to our seniors, usually accompanying them with a humorous story or two. Members bring their families to share in the delicious food and fun at our largest social gathering of the spring semester.
