- A women died Saturday after she was found
unconscious following a roller coaster ride at
Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park,
authorities said.
The 28-year-old woman was slumped over in her
seat when the Goliath coaster ride came to an end
at about 10:40 am. She was given cardiopulmonary
resucitation but died at a hospital, Los Angeles
County sheriff's Lt. Steve Dolan said.
Her identity was not immediately made public.
Angu Gallardo, a spokesman for the theme park,
said the women was treated by park paramedics
before county paramedics took over, and then
taken to the hospital.
The park notified the state of California
concerning the death, and was given permission to
reopen the ride, Gallardo said.Article from Associated
