  Déjà Vu accident at Six Flags Over Georgia

Déjà Vu at SFOG has suffered a serious setback. During testing the train was seriously damaged when the pulley cart derailed on the tower. This accident will most likely add to the delay of the grand opening of all three Déjà Vu'sto open this summer.

 
 
  Six Flags Magic Mountian Construction Update

Vertical construction on Déjà Vu has completed. With the completion of the track, station and que work should under way. The grand opening should be expected in a few weeks. As for X vertical construction has started.The station track and the track leading to the lift hill have been put in place, as well as a few lift hill supports. The bridge work for the que is nearly complete, jsut a few finishing touches need to be made.

  Homeowners in Ahahiem appeal decision for Disney's third park  
  Disneyland, Anahiem, California

A group of about 900 Anahiem residents known as HOME (Homeowners for Maintaining their Environment) have appealed the decision made by the Anahiem Planning Commision that gave Disney the go-ahead to submit applications for the proposed third Disney park. The probosed park is to be built just across from Disney's new California Adventure.

  Déjà Vu Postponed

Construction problems have delayed the opening of Déjà Vu. The new roller coaster was scheduled to open May 25th, the opening has been pushed back until some time in June.

 
 
  Rocket Rods Close at Disneyland  
  Disneyland, Anahiem, California

One of the newest rides at Disneyland has closed for good. Rocket Rods, one fo the most popular rides in the park, has officially been shut down. The ride has suffured a number of mechanical break downs that has led to the closure of the ride.
