Bakuhatsu F-17 Talon

Description

The F-17 Talon is a small, fast and maneuverable hybrid fighter. It was designed to provide a competitive but cheaper solution to military aerospace craft like the E-15 and Locust fighters. The F-17 Talon is about 8 meters long making it almost half the size of most hybrid fighters. Its armament is similarily trimmed down. The reduction in size and armament makes the Talon a very fast and nimble craft popular with smaller country's aerospace forces.

History

The first batch of F-17's rolled out of Bakuhatsu Orbital Factory LO-4 in 2125 amidst a small amount of pomp and ceremony. Orders from small militaries (mostly European and Olympus) had been placed over a year earlier and continue to be steady today.

Notable F-17's include L'Orbital's security force Blue Six (see picture below) and Bollywood Productions "Red Comet" (personal fighter of Bhim Ramani of the Tandoori Assassin movies).
