NOTA BENE!
The systemic proteinosis as an independent pathology of proteins of diverse functional systems of macroorganism is one of the problems of modern medicine which is little investigated .
According to available data it is possible to classify the following structural protein systems with diverse functions:
All these systems have the following features in common:
antigenic characteristics, similar response to the development of autoimmune reactions and the common process of metabolic degenerative and dystrophic changes and reaction of macroorganism to the loss of function of this or that system. This process is especially active in cerebral tissues, thyroid gland, eye lens, testis because of physiological isolation of tissues of these organs from lymphoid cells. But the problems of anatomy, histology, normal and pathological physiology, pathological anatomy, classification of pathological changes, toponimy of disfunctions as well as diagnosis and treatment of this pathological process leading to the development of proteinosis with mass or local death of protein of one of the subsystems are studied very little.
The experience of Tula "Institute of Clinical Rehabilitology" makes it possible to attract the attention of scientists to this problem. The existing concepts of the origin of this or that form of disease do not take into account the initial state of the protein systems of macroorganism. Besides we consider the influence of central nervous system on this process to be overestimated.
We suggest our own classification of proteinoses.(see pic.1)
Our Centre has been treating patients suffering from systemic proteinoses since 1985. Catamnesis of 12000 patients is being studied. 70% of these patients are children with ICP.
We control the result of treatment for more than 7 years. Independent research shows the positive clinical result in more than 90% of cases, after our microortopedic operations-
gradual fibrotomy.
We have 6 patents registered in Russian Federation of this surgical technology and instruments.
The goal of the institute should be coordination of studies, systematization of scientific data and working out of new methods of treatment.
We are ready to share our methods with all people willing to cooperate with us.
