Appartements are for rent from satturday to satturday and at least for 5 days. For staying less than 5 days, the price is 30% higher.

B. Free of resident tax in case that you pay 40% of price 30 days before term.
C. Free of resident tax and 1 day free in case that you pay all almost 30 days before term.
