There are many problems that may arise from the Database. It is here that the problems are given solutions from which you, as a user, may look into. While the Technological department looks into such solutions, feel free to express your ideas as well (Depending on rate of successful fixes will determine whether it is posted here or not).

Common Problems:

1. I see Gray Boxes scattered throughtout the site... Whats wrong?
Response: The appearance of randomized gray boxes with neither any text or images is usually based on interference between the website and your computer graphics. Reloading the page may fix the problem but it is recommended that you use a different source to view the site (Ex: If your using AOL, open up Explorer and go from there).

2. Pages are coming up with errors on them, what do I do?
Response: Should errors come up whilst navigating the site, close down the viewing website browser and try again later. It is possible that the website is undergoing technical difficulties.

3. I'm clicking on buttons but it's not opening anything. Whats wrong?
Response: Most of the buttons on the site should be accessable should you click on them. If they aren't, chances are that they are what we call, "blank" links. This means that the page from which would normally be accesssed through the button is undergoing construction or changes. If that is not the problem, the site may be undergoing
technical difficulties.


4. The Main page states an update but I see no changes.
Response: The webhost being used may not update the page in question right away. It may take hours or even days. Also, changes may be minor and thus unnoitceable.
