All schools and Extended Day centers will be closed on Monday, January 20th, 2003 to observe the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

Important REGISTRATION INFORMATION for the 2003-2004 school year is enclosed with your January invoice. If you will be using our program next fall, please make a note of it and be prepared to register your child(ren) after January 21st. Registration for our summer camp program will also begin on January 21st.

Deletions to your child’s January schedule must be made by Friday, December 20th (last business day of December) prior to our centers closing for winter break.

ATTENTION KINDERGARTEN PARENTS: Due to kindergarten conferences, no elementary school kindergarten classes will be held on Monday, January 27, Wednesday, January 29, or Friday, January 31. A separate notice was enclosed with your invoice with details; please complete and return the form with your choices regarding coverage for those days. All of our centers will be open normal hours to accommodate your needs, but we need your responses to calculate our staffing requirements as soon as possible. The amount of tuition due depends on your needs for the conference days. Please return the form with your January tuition payment by January 7th, 2003.
