Ellen's devotion to the Tango music resulted in hosting the
" Una Emoción" milonga starting in January 2004 together
with her husband Oleg, where she was also a DJ. Later the
milonga adopted the new name "Los Besos Milonguita" and
moved from Northern suburbs to Chicago.

Ellen (Lena) is the experienced Tango DJ known in the Chicago
Argentine Tango community as one of the best.
Professionally created play list based on the traditional
rules of milongas in Buenos Aires arranged in her own unique
style dynamically build the energy through the night.
The variety of the music satisfies different tastes.
Steady D'Arienzo, romantic Di Sarli, dramatic Pugliese,
playful Castillo or sophisticated Troilo and many others
will keep the dancers on the floor.

Guardia vieja, Golden Era and 1940-50th are her favorites.
Ellen continuously studies and researches Tango music from
public and private collections around the world.
