NAVIGATE YOUR WAY THROUGH TERROR!

This is a very interesting gimic flick. In the theatre, they would bring this plastic (?) skeleton over the audience in one scene. It was supposed to scare them - it didn't. All it did was make the audience throw stuff at it. This film was from the 1950's age of gimic flicks. Usually, they would have some kind of prop in the theatre that would come out suddenly at one big moment of suspense. Sometimes, the people that worked at the theatre would have to go and run out into the audience wearing masks. Basicly, it was great fun, puting great spooky actors like Vincent Price onto the screen, only to make a fun house out of the theatre! The plot is even better: a bunch of people are sent into a house with a grisly history, to spend the night, being paid a lot of money to do so. Vincent Price shows up to be the host of the party. Although very similar to the Haunting, the House on Haunted Hill is merely a fun movie. It isn't scary, it's full of corniness, and best of all, the lovable stupidity. I won't ruin the ending. A trully fun movie to watch, especially on Halloween or something. God, Vincent Price is the coolest guy who ever walked the earth! Why is he so cool? Why are we here? What happens after we die? Does life exist on other planets? Does God exist or is he just a myth? Why did they make that movie Refrigerator? (about a man eating refrigerator!) So you see, there are no answers to the mysteries of the universe. Vincent Price is no longer with us, but he left his legacy behind. Go see one of his coolest films. One of his corniest films. I warn you, though, don't think your going to see a serious movie. This movie is plainly a horrible film but who cares? It's funny!

I give this movie zero stars from the point of view of a film buff, but four stars in the point of view of a Vincent Price / B movie lover.
