Minhag Ami: My People's Prayer Book, compiled by Rabbi Dr. Lawrence A. Hoffman,
Professor of Liturgy and Jewish Ritual at Hebrew Union College - Jewish
Institute of Religion, and one of the foremost authorities in the field of
Jewish liturgy of our time. Though some Hebrew vocabulary and grammar will be
included as it pertains to the wording of the prayers, no prior knowledge of
Hebrew is required for participation in this course. Continental
