Compact Integrated Communications System (ICS) - Built-in Auto-Attendant

The Meridian Norstar Plus Compact ICS is packed with well over 100 powerful features, like integrated automated attendant, which easily answers your calls and routes them to the right person or group 24 hours a day. 

The Compact ICS is initially configured 4 lines by 8 stations. It is expandable to 8 lines by 24 stations, with a software and hardware upgrade. 

Features:

Grows from a 4x8 to an 8x24 capacity 
Internal Analog Terminal Adapter means you don’t have to purchase extra equipment to connect an analog device, like a fax machine or modem. 
You may connect an answering machine to allow callers to leave voice messages.
Voice mail, automated attendant, telephone and computer telephony
integration (CTI) support 

Supports all Business Series Terminals (M or T series phones. See Telephones)

Calling Line Identification (CLID) gives you the information to decide
whether to take the call or to return it later with the simple touch of a key.

Direct Inward System Access (DISA) allows you to dial in to your
Compact ICS remotely to use system features, direct dialing to
internal sets, and cost-saving outgoing lines. 
Other standard features, just to name a few, include: 
Paging 
Music on Hold 

The system can be pre-configured and pre-wired to your individual needs. You can select the telephones and the cables from Unique Telecom, and all you need to do is mount the system on the wall.

The Norstar ICS is T1 ready and expandable to over 250 total ports. It is expandable in the same way as the 8x24. The basic KSU is 0 lines by 32 stations. The 0 lines in the KSU allows for the open architecture ability to add 4x0 trunk cards or 24 channel T1 cards (maximum of 2 T1).
