Coroner's Report
Victim number four.

Victims name is Jully Brown. *sigh* We had this one. [silence] Victim was found by myself, as well as Agent Frost and Agent Chan in the girls University dormitory. The victim was again, black, young and bleached blonde. With this one, only one of the eyes have been removed. The victim has small abrasions around the wrists again, she appeared to have been tied to a small wooden chair. However, the assailant seems to be getting cocky. Ms Brown seems to have been allowed to crawl around for his amusement. [small clang of metal] There also appears to be a small object just near the back of the hip. [moment of silence] Here we go... it's a small blade. Appears to be a broken off piece of exacto-blade. Appropriate size for the cuts on the other bodies.

On a side note, it appears as though we've found the connection between the victims as well. All four have frequented a small bar named the Underground. Agent Chan and I went undercover into the place, with Agent Frost going in afterwards to try and get peoples attention. It wasn't till we left the place that we noticed the janitor following 2 young women. After following him, Agent Frost was hit and has taken to wearing a cast, though he believes he is still fit to work. We are looking into the whereabouts of the janitor currently. I've also called Agent Chan and Agent Frost down here to confirm some of the findings.
