Untamed Distribution is a small non-profit, green & insurrectionary anarchist inspired, distribution service based in Bristol, UK. We provide pamphlets, magazines and books that challenge the totality of our oppression and attempt to find a way out of this vile society.

Untamed is an autonomous anarchist project and is independent of any other publishing or distribution projects.

What’s the Point?
The aim of Untamed Distribution is to spread insurrectionary ideas that provoke action; ideas that hopefully incite people to fight back against a society that is destroying all life. We recognise that there is an overwhelming pressure for passivity. A passivity encouraged and held-up as “radical” by many so-called “oppositional” groups. Much of this so-called “opposition” is, on closer inspection, actually its opposite and is a safety net to stop widespread rebellion against the present order. We propose that only through reclaiming our human dignity, by dismantling our domestication, our conditioning, understanding the depth of what we are up-against and through basic self-defense against this murderous society, can we bring about the dismantling of this society. Because “...the only trajectory that we have been on...is the increasing impoverishment of existence, and this cannot be reformed away” [1]

Untamed Distribution is an attempt to move away from the failures of the past, and specifically, to move on from the moribund ideas of the 19^th and early 20^th Centuries which dog a lot of present “thinking”. We try to supply literature that challenges all orthodoxy, including anarcho-orthodoxy. Ideology is the religion of the present epoch; we are opposed to all ideologies/religions. Ideas should not be things to serve but a tool to self-liberation*.

We propose that the deeper the critique that informs a movement the less likely it can be recuperated by the system and that a failure to learn from the past leaves us to constantly replicate it. The replication of ideological frameworks that imprison individuals and organisational structures that replicate the dominant society in microcosm is the antithesis of anarchy. The formalization and institutionalization of struggle spells the death of liberatory struggle and instigates “organization” that is detrimental to emancipation.

The spirit of anarchy is the inspiring alternative to the failed forms of pseudo-opposition, i.e. Liberalism and Leftism. If we are serious about ending this society, then anarchy must move in a clear independent direction and break the strangle hold of capitalist politics over rebellion. Right and Left, both elements of capitalist control, must be abandoned along with the society they created.
