Civilization, edited by John Zerzan
(£6) Brilliant collection of
writings from a range of authors contributing to a critique
against civilisation and technology.
Against
His-Story, Against Leviathan, by Fredy
Perlman (£5) A masterpiece of
writing on the growth of Civilisation and the very human stories
of rebellion against it. This is essential reading.
Anarchy After
Leftism, by Bob Black (£6) Excellent and
as always witty book from one of the best and most'controversial'
contempory anarchists. Attempting to move anarchy beyond the very
dreary confines of Leftism. With a great critique of the Stalin
like Murray Bookchin.
Anything
Can Happen, by Fredy Perlman
(£3.50) A collection of writings, in one
handy book.
The Bonnot Gang,
by Richard Perry (£4) The story of the
famous French anachist bank robbers. A brilliant and exciting
read.
Elements
of Refusal, by John Zerzan (£9) An
essential text by one of the most prolific and untiring anachists
around today. This is vital reading for anyone interested in
understanding what we are up against, be inspired by rebels from
the past and try to find a way out of here.
Future
Primitive, by John Zerzan
(£4.50) Another essential book from
Zerzan, includes the excellent series of essays from the
Nihilists Dictionary.
Having
Little, Being Much, by Lorraine
Perlman (£4) A beutifully written
biography of the late Fredy Perlman.
Pacifism and
Pathology in the American Left, by Ward Churchill (£11) Although
this is a CD, not a book, this is vital listening, a searing
indictment of the staus quo and an emotional appeal for
“activists” to break out of their safe niches and not
only lend support to their brothers and sisters world wide but
actively assist in the destruction of this society “by any
means necessary”. Essential.
Pacifism as
Pathology: Reflections On The Role Of Armed Struggle In North
America, by Ward Churchill and Mike Ryan (£7) Considered
by many as a “controversial” text when it was written
some years ago, questioning the motivations and overall aims of
those who would restrict all “resistance” to safe
pantomime, while ultimately threatening nothing. This is
essential reading for anyone who desires the revolutionary
overthrow of the totality of this society.
Running
on Emptiness; The Pathology of Civilization, by John
Zerzan (£8) The
most recent book from Zerzan. Bringing us through the 1990's,
through many of the major events. Vital reading.

of the Spectacle, by Guy Debord (£4) The
classic Situationist text and forerunner to “Revolution of
Everyday Life”, vital reading for coming to grips with this
monster we are up against and ways of defeating it
The
Revolution of Everyday Life, by Raoul Vaneigem (£6) A
brilliant book that should be read by anyone interested in ending
this society we are prisoners in. The ideas expressed in this
text, written in the early 1960's, inspired the revolutionary
upsurge in France in 1968, which ironically were crushed by the
very leftist forces this book and the rebellions were aimed at
overthrowing. Essential.
The
Strait, by Fredy Perlman (£7) A
posthumous book written from the perspective of a Native
American, mixing “fact” and “fiction”, a
beautiful book.
This
World We Must Leave; And other essays, by Jaques Cammatte (£5) A
collection of essays from this very important writer, covering
the problem of 'organisation' among other crucial issues. Vital
reading.
