hello all the way from canada :o) i just gave a shot of looking into this site while im at here at work. to be honest, the page is very formal.To me it was like reading an essay. It would make sense that it is presented as is assuming that walang masyadong resources and/or staff to brainstorm a more attractive site. im not sure it will grab the attention of people from las pinas. a suggestion (im sure u guys thought of this already) sana malaman ng mga residente na may gantong site na available para sa kanila.maybe you can print it and distribute it after a church mass or around an office or fiesta. its not a bad option as it may be one of the steps into getting people aware and better yet,involved. i apologize if i couldnt view the rest of the site. but i see the purpose. i lived in makati then, and it was quiet until nung pagdating ng mga relatives ko dito sinasabi nila na marami na raw durugista na tumatambay. na mi miss ko nang umuwi sa pinas tapos ganon ganon lang ita-take over ng addicts yung baranggay namin. residents do not want any trouble that is why napapabayaan ang mga addicts to walk around and tambay freely. maybe you have a suggestion for that. from the time i left in 87 it was a "clean" baranggay. it is 2002 and so much of people safety and trust has been taken away. nakakalungkot ang kalagayan sa atin. i hope your message reaches the masses and will be able to work together to help stop and prevent crime. it will be a great example to all of us. *i tend to write in parts, when you have quite a bit to say..sometimes i dont know where to start or end...so pasensya to the author of this site.
