Meet Patch...

Hello! I'm the new kid on the block. As you can see, I don't have any trouble relaxing. Mom adopted me a few weeks after her Buddy died, since I needed a home and she had a vacancy in hers. I'm a kitten of a feral cat. Mom's friend Jayme volunteers with a group that spays/neuters and releases ferals, and whenever they can rescue their kittens and find homes for them. I'm six months old, feisty and full of mischief, but affectionate and trusting (why not? I landed in the best home in town!). I love my new big brothers, even though they're always smelling me all over. Still, they're real nice to me, and play with me all the time. My sister Sarah wasn't too keen on me, but we're getting along much better now. Every once in awhile we have a little "skirmish", as Mom calls it, but mostly we're getting to be friends.

Here I am with my brother Buster. We're already the best of friends. I like to try to catch his tail when it wags, which, if you know Buster, is any time he's not sleeping!

I'm not a homeless kitty anymore! Mom got me a really cool purple collar and a tag with my very own name on it that says I belong to a family!! That makes me purr lots and lots. Mom says I have a loud motor...whatever could she mean??

I'll be back with more stories for you after I've had time for some more adventures with my new family.
