Carbohydrates

Are what your body likes best, they are good for you.
Carbohydrates provide the fuel that keeps us going.  Just don't make big servings foods that are high in carbohydrates are also high in calories. 

The real concern isn't the carbs found is pasta and rice; it's the fats that are added to them.

You can have the Carbs, just watch out for the cholestrol, caloric, and saturated fat levels in the food.

High carb foods that are good for you are all fruits, vegies cooked dried beans, peas, limas, potatoes, whole grain breads and cereals; brown, wild and white rice; processed foods like pasta.

Carbohydrates are good.  Animal protein isnt.
A diet with alot of unrefined, unprocessed carbs like fruits and vegies are the best.
