MIXED FRUIT CHOCOLATE SUNDAE
1 Apple
1/4 cup garpes (sliced)
1/4 cup mango (sliced)
1/4 cup choclate flakes
2 scoops strwaberry ice-cream
some piecxe of cheeries

layer a flat dish with jam,place chopped apple, mango and garpes over it.Place 2 scoops of choclate ice-craem over the fruits,serve with choclate flakesand garnish with cherries
PINEAPPLE CHOCOLATE SUNDAE
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
50 ml pineapple juice
2 scoop vanilla ice-cream
2 wafer biscuit
choclate sauce
cherries
Place the pineapple in cup.put 2 scoops of vanilla ice-craem and pour pineapple juice over the ice-crea.Cover with sauce and garnish with cherries and with wafer biscuit.

75gm(put into water, wash and sieve it) 1.1/2lt milk. 160 gm sugar. ½ tsp cardomom pd 1tsp rose water boil milk till it becomes half.add suji and sugar(stir continuously)till thick like custard,add almond,pista ,rose,water and cardomom pd. Cool it, pour in a earthern bowl to set.decorate with almond,pista,and silver foil. Or
Tie curd in cloth, take out all water,add dry curd in a bowl,mix sugar and shuffle till it soft. Add kesar in 2 tbs of milk,pour into curd with cardomom pd, almond and pista, mix it. Chilled it serve.
PINEAPPLE AND CHOCOLATE SUNDAE
1 small sponge cake 100 gm whote sugar 200gm icing sugar 2 drops vanilla essence 1 tin pineapple slice 2 tbs coco pd Take butter and icing sugar, mix it well and add vanilla essence and coco pd ,make it a smooth batter ,divide the cake into two, take one part ,spread pine apple syrup ,add chocolate butter cream and chopped pineapple slices. Put another part on top of that .decorate the cake with chocolate cream and pineapple.
