Oswego Veteran Greets War Bride

OSWEGO – Richard M. Ladd of 208 E. Seventh st., accompanied by his mother, Mrs. Clayton H. Ladd, was in New York yesterday to greet his war bride, the former Helen Brock Loughlin of Glasgow, Scotland.

She arrived on the S.S. President Tyler on April 1st, 1946
