Another Bride From England in St. Charles

Mrs. Oliver Schneider Arrived In New York Tuesday After Ocean Trip And In St. Charles Wednesday.

Another English Brides made her appearance in St. Charles, yesterday, the wife of our well-known fellow townsman, Oliver Schneider, yard man for the Rauch Lumber company. She arrived from overseas in New York Tuesday and reached the Union Station, St. Louis, Wednesday, where she was met by her husband and conveyed to the home of his parents, Mr.s and Mrs. Frank Schneider, Third and Jackson St., this city.
The young lady's maiden names was Nancy Warren and she lived in the town of Sidemouth, Devon, England. There the young people married last August. In November he came back to the states but although holding a passport for a long time Mrs. Schneider was unable to secure steamboat passage until recently.
People of St. Charles welcomed her. There are other English brides who are already in St. Charles or soon will be.
