The Promotion and Commission Structure

Usborne's system is one of automatic promotion. Anyone can become an Organiser and any new Organiser can achieve promotion to each of the levels entirely on merit .	Hostess 10% Free Books 20% for sales over £75 + 2xbookings
ORGANISER (Org) all new recruits join at Organiser level on 24% commission	ORGANISER 24% commission
Personal Sales Bonus (PSB) 4% PSB is paid every month you achieve £600 sales Team Builder Bonus (TBB) 5% TBB on your new organisers sales [min sales value £75 each]	Max Org commission 24%+4%=28% + 5% TBB
TEAM LEADER (TL) - 6% of your team's sales when the combined monthly sales (Team Volume) of you and 3 of your team exceeds '£'600 Team Development Bonus (TDB)3% for £1200 TV + 6 working orgs Team Promotion Bonus (TPB)3% of promoted team's sales	TEAM LEADER 24% + 6% =30% + 3% TDB + 3% TPB
GROUP EXECUTIVE (GE) - 5% of the Groups Sales when you achieve £2000 monthly Group Volume Group Development Bonus (GDB)3% on your third and subsequent TSV Group Promotion Bonus (GPB)3% of promoted Group's sales	GROUP EXEC. 24% +6% +5% =35% + 3% GDB + 3% GPB

The hostess commission is provided by Usborne in Free Books, as is all the stationary you need to run your business. There is a special'Flying Start' incentive for all new organisers so that they can earn additional products for their kit. Each season there are special offers and incentives to get a range of the new books FREE

What costs are there ?

The Starter kit costs £35
It contains about £75 of books plus everything you need to start your business

Calalogues cost £4 for 12, Leaflets £4 for 80

Carrier bags cost £1 for 50

There are incentive points which you can earn in various ways throughout the year
thse can be spent/exchanged for a gift of your choice from the awards catalogue
anything from duckabelia togift vouchers from M&M,Thomas Cook or PC World
